Clarity matters.
Here, too.

Your inquiry

When you submit the contact form, Elaine Godeghesi and Vantage West Realty Inc. receive the contact details, preferences and message you choose to provide. These details are used to respond to your request and manage that conversation. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Services used

The site is designed for Netlify hosting, Supabase inquiry storage and publishing authentication, Resend email delivery, and Cloudflare Turnstile spam protection. Once connected, those services process the information necessary to perform their roles. Service providers may process data outside Canada. Hosting and security services may handle technical details such as an IP address and request information.

See the privacy information for Netlify, Supabase, Resend and Cloudflare. No advertising trackers are included in this version of the website.

Your choices

Optional fields may be left blank. Please do not submit identification documents, banking details or other sensitive material. You can contact elaine@vantagewestrealty.com to ask about access, correction, deletion or the handling of your information. Inquiries should be retained only as long as needed for their purpose or applicable obligations.

Browser storage and third-party media

Your guided answers (including an optional property address) and search preferences may be held in session storage in your current browser tab. They are not sent to Elaine until you submit the inquiry. Use Start fresh to clear the guided answers, or close the tab. Contact name, email and phone fields are not saved in browser storage by this site. Your brief summarises choices you explicitly provide; it does not assign a hidden psychological score. The publisher area uses secure session cookies. YouTube and Instagram players load only when you press play; those services then receive technical information and their own policies apply. Original video links are also available. No third-party video player loads automatically. Neighbourhood shortlists and investor worksheet notes may also be kept in this tab until you choose to send them. Clear the comparison to remove a shortlist.

Interactive maps

The explorer connects to OpenFreeMap for map tiles and, when configured, Google Maps for 3D imagery. These services receive network information such as your IP address and requests for viewed map areas. The website does not request your device location. Your neighbourhood selections stay in your tab unless you choose to share them. See OpenFreeMap privacy information and Google’s privacy policy. Guide zones are approximate, not legal boundaries or school catchments.

AI and property information

The opening architectural animation and concept photographs are AI-generated illustrations. They are not listings or representations of a real development. Direct property search will display authorized information only when its listing service is connected. AI search is a prepared feature, not a live adviser. Its current form lets you pass a description to Elaine.

Reviews and recognition

Client stories are summaries of publicly posted Rate-My-Agent reviews and are linked to their source. Recognition identifies its issuer and year. Review-platform rankings are not sales-volume rankings, and individual experiences do not predict a future result.

Accessible browsing

Keyboard navigation, readable layouts, descriptive controls and reduced-motion support are included. The opening story can be paused or skipped. If you have difficulty with the site, contact Elaine directly by email or at 250-271-1224.

Prepared September 30, 2026. The brokerage should review this notice against its actual operating practices before public launch.

Listing security

Property searches and individual property pages use Cloudflare Turnstile and a signed, HttpOnly security cookie that expires after 30 minutes. For these paths, IP addresses are checked through ipapi.is and, where relevant, public DNS and Apple Private Relay ranges. Security classifications are cached for up to 24 hours. Request counts and IP addresses are stored privately in Netlify Blobs for up to nine days, with expired data removed by a daily maintenance task; summaries are emailed to Elaine through Resend. Temporary listing restrictions last up to 24 hours. Other website pages remain open. These providers may process technical data outside Canada. We do not use this information for advertising. Read the listing terms of use.

Neighbourhood maps

The explorer loads street maps from OpenFreeMap and elevation tiles from Amazon Web Services. Choosing 3D Earth connects to Google Maps. These providers receive technical request details such as your IP address. Your shortlist remains in this browser tab unless you choose to share it or submit it to Elaine.
